I live in New York City. I read a lot and I go to a lot of movies. I hit the cinema at least once a week, and at home, there’s Netflix. Just in case I have flick withdrawal symptoms, I Tivo a stash of TCM black & whites for late night viewing. In this blog I report on only the films I’ve seen on the Big Screen. No TV reruns; no DVDs.
For 20 years I have been keeping a personal record of every book I read. I never showed it to a soul–until now. [The date in brackets marks when I read the book summarized.]
